But honestly, at some point in your trip, you will be in south Bali where Bali Airport is, and it’s a shorter boat trip from south Bali then Padang Bai. So I’d just plan your trip to Nusa Lembongan around when you’re in south that leaves you with two departure points, Sanur and Serangan. So take the same 30-minute boat from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan. Nusa Ceningan is joined by a yellow bridge to Nusa Lembongan. This bridge only allows scooter and bicycles, so if you can take your luggage with you on a scooter, you could travel to Nusa Lembongan, hire a scooter and ride to Nusa Ceningan. Otherwise, once you arrive in Nusa Lembongan you may be able to pay locals to help with your luggage to your hotel and hire scooters.
